- Season with salt and pepper and bake for 20 minutes at 400F / 200C / Gas 6.
- Remove from the oven and add the kale and drizzle with the remaining olive oil and bake for 10 more minutes.

- 2 ½ cups (591ml) stock vegetable or chicken
- 8 ounces (225g) pasta
- 8 oz (225g) feta cheese
- 1 ½ cups (300g) cherry tomatoes
- 1 ½ teaspoons Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
To Make Oven Baked Feta Pasta
- Preheat the oven to 400F / 200C / Gas 6. Pour half the olive oil in a baking dish. Add the feta cheese and the cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and take to the oven. Bake for 20 minutes.
