HOW TO MAKE Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Slice the top off the garlic bulb, drizzle on a bit of olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for about 50 minutes, until golden and tender.

Place peeled potato cubes into salted water, bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for about 15 minutes, until tender.

Add butter to the potatoes, squeeze the roasted garlic out of the bulb and into potatoes, then mash.

Add cream and continue mashing until you reach your desired consistency.
