Ingredients

  • 1 packet Starbucks VIA Instant Refreshers Very Berry Hibiscus
  • 2 cups (500ml) water
  • 1 1/2 cups (400ml) coconut milk
  • 1 cup (240ml) white grape juice
  • Ice
  • 11/2 cup strawberries sliced

Instructions

  • Add the very berry hibiscus and mix in the cold water until dissolved.
  • Mix in the coconut milk and grape juice.
  • Pour over ice and garnish with strawberries before serving.

Notes

  • Muddle berries - Feel free to muddle some of the strawberries and add into the mixture for more of a berry flavor.
  • Add strawberry syrup - add strawberry syrup for a pinker sweeter drink.
  • Add more or less - add more or less of the ingredients to your taste.
  • Substitute the grape juice - you can use Tazo iced passion tea concentrate (rather than tea bags) for a pinker drink.
  • Replace the milk - Not a fan of coconut milk or just looking for a different flavor? Substitute the milk in the recipe with your favorite non-dairy milk or regular milk.
  • Top your pink drink with whipped cream. To make, beat together ½ cup of heavy cream, 1 tablespoon of confectioners sugar until it is light and fluffy.
  • Want this sweeter. Then add in a little bit of maple syrup or honey (if not vegan).
