Using a wooden spoon, combine cream cheese, chicken breast, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing and bacon bites in a large bowl.
Cover and allow to chill for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
After chilling, place a piece of plastic wrap on the counter and place the cream cheese mixture in the center of the plastic wrap. Close up the edges and form it into a ball shape.
Place the wrapped ball back in the fridge to chill for at least one hour.
Chop the pecans and spread them on a large plate.
Remove the cream cheese ball from the refrigerator, remove the plastic wrap and roll the ball on the chopped pecan to coat.
Serve with crackers and pretzels.
