Place chicken, 2 cups of enchilada sauce, and taco seasoning inside the slow cooker.

Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours, or on low for 6-8 hours.

When done, shred the chicken using two forks. Assemble the enchiladas by placing about ⅓ cup chicken and 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese in each tortilla.
