- 1 tablespoon jerk seasoning
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 lb (453g) chicken wings
Air Fryer Method:
Place chicken wings in a large bowl, add seasoning and oil, and mix until well coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 350F / 180C and then spray the basket with cooking spray.
Cook the chicken wings for 15 -18 minutes, turning halfway through.
Oven Method:
Place chicken wings in a large bowl, add seasoning and oil, and mix until well coated.
Preheat oven to 425F / 220C / gas 7.
Line a baking tray and, if possible, top with a wire rack so that the oil can drip off the chicken as the bake for 40-50 minutes, turning halfway through.
Grilling Method:
In a large bowl, combine chicken wings with the oil and seasonings. Toss to coat well.
Preheat the grill to 400F / 204C.
Place the wings on the grill and cook for 40-50 minutes, turning them every 10-15 minutes to cook evenly.
- Dry the chicken wings with paper towels before adding the oil and seasoning.
- Cook chicken wings on a wire rack.
- Turn wings halfway through cooking if baking or every 10 minutes if grilling.

- Check the temperature of the chicken wings to make sure it has reached 165F / 74C using an instant-read thermometer.
