Preheat Air Fryer to 400F / 200C.
Combine popcorn kernels and olive oil in a mixing bowl.
If your air fryer basket has larger holes that the popcorn kernels will fall through, make a foil pouch that fits the basket with the sides rolled up. Then add the kernels on top and spread out in a single layer.
If the basket holes are smaller, add the kernels straight into the basket and spread into a single layer.
Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking a couple of times during cooking. When you shake only open the basket slightly so that the popping kernels don't escape.
Remove popcorn when done, discard any un-popped kernels, season, and serve.
