- 3 ¼ cups (734ml) milk
- 3 cups (240g) quick rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar or maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup (40g) chocolate chips
Place milk, oats, cinnamon, vanilla and brown sugar into a large bowl and stir to combine
Portion the mixture into individual serving sized jars or meal prep containers.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Top with chocolate chips before serving.
