Preheat the air fryer to 375F and lightly grease the tray.
Mix together, chicken, cheese, beans, corn, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, and paprika.
Split the mixture between the egg roll wrappers. Brush the edges of the egg roll wrappers with the bean egg and roll them like a burrito.
Brush the outsides of the rolls with the egg wash and place in a single layer in the Air Fryer basket. Make sure there is space between them.
Cook them for 9 - 10 minutes, making sure to turn them halfway through cooking.
Make the Tex Mex Ranch dipping sauce by combining all ingredients.
Serve the egg rolls with the dip.
