- 1 large sweet potato thinly sliced
- 1 spritz oil
- 1 pinch salt to season cooked chips
Preheat Air Fryer to 350F / 180C.
Peel and wash sweet potato. Using a mandolin, slice the sweet potato thinly and allow the pieces to dry for 5 minutes.
Spritz the slices with oil and place in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
Cook 5-7 minutes, until the chips are nice and crispy. Working in batches, repeat the process until all of the remaining slices are cooked.
Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and serve.
