Preheat the Air Fryer to 380 degrees F / 190 degrees C.
Mix together garlic salt, onion powder and oil in a small mixing bowl.
Shred the cabbage and place it in a mixing bowl. Add half of the seasoned oil and mix until well coated.
Cube the chicken and add it to a separate mixing bowl. Add the remaining seasoned oil and mix to coat.
Add the chicken into the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time.
Push the chicken to one side of the basket and add the shredded cabbage, making sure to keep them separated.
Cook for 6-9 minutes, depending on how charred you prefer your cabbage. Stir the cabbage a couple of times during cooking.
Keep an eye on the chicken as the cabbage cooks. Check with a thermometer and if needed, remove and transfer to a plate to avoid overcooking.
