  • 24 ounces (675g) spaghetti sauce
  • 10 ½ ounces (310ml) chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 16 ounces (453g) boneless skinless chicken breast diced
  • 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese cubed
  • 1 ½ cups (337g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 ounces (100g) spaghetti uncooked

  • Spray the crockpot insert with cooking spray and add in the spaghetti sauce, chicken stock, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, cream cheese, diced chicken, ans stir to combine. The cream cheese will still be in cubes, that is fine.
  • Place the lid on, and cook on low for 4-5 until the chicken reads 165F / 74C on a digital thermometer.
  • Change the setting to high and add in the mozarella cheese, cover and cook for 15 or so minutes until the cheeses melt.
  • In the meantime, cook in the pasta according to the package directions, drain, and then add to the crockpot once the cheese has melted.
  • Mix, allow to warm through, and then serve.

Tips For Success

  • If you cook the pasta well in advance, add a little bit of olive oil so it does not stick.
  • Don't leave this warming in the crockpot all day as the pasta will overcook.
