Seasoned Ranch Pretzels

This snack is easy to whip up with pantry staples and highly irresistible.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups pretzels
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • ¼ cup grated cheese

Instructions

Make In The Oven

  • Preheat the oven to 300F / 150 C / gas mark 2.
  • Mix melted butter and ranch seasoning
  • In a large bowl mix pretzels with the butter mixture and grated cheese.
  • Place mixture on a line baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove and let cool before serving.

Make In The Air Fryer

  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 340F / 170C.
  • In a large bowl, mix melted butter and ranch seasoning and add in pretzels and grated cheese.
  • Working in batches add pretzels to the Air Fryer Basket and bake for 4-5 minutes. Check for doneness and cook for a further minute if needed. These can burn quickly so do keep an eye on them.
  • Remove and let cool before serving.

Notes

  • Let them cool completely before storing to avoid any moisture ruining them.
  • Feel free to mix these in a ziplock bag instead of a mixing bowl.
  • Stock up on pretzels - Buy pretzels on sale or in bulk when prices are lower and store. 
  • Mix in some nuts -  Bulk out this by adding in some other treats you already have like nuts, chex cereal, goldfish, oyster crackers etc.
