– chicken cutlets – Italian seasoning – salt to taste – pepper to taste – marinara sauce – garlic cloves – grated parmesan – grated mozzarella – parsley for garnish
COOK TIME: 3 MIN
Pour half of the marinara and the garlic into the Instant Pot. Season the chicken cutlets and add them on top of the layer of sauce.
Add the remaining sauce, then cover and seal the Instant Pot. Cook on high pressure for 3 minutes, followed by a quick release of pressure.
Top the chicken with cheese and cover the Instant Pot(don’t turn it back on) for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
