Jasmine Rice – Medium or long grain rice works best. Jasmine seems to hold up well without clumping or falling apart.Chicken Breast – You can also use boneless, skinless chicken thighs.
Rinse and drain the rice to remove excess starch. This will prevent cooked rice from clumping together.Check for doneness with a thermometer. Chicken should always be cooked to an internal temperature of at least 165F / 74C.
