INGREDIENT NOTES

Chicken – Use boneless skinless chicken breasts or chicken tenders for the best results. Hot Sauce – Use a buffalo style hot sauce such as Franks for the best flavor.

TIPS FOR SUCCESS

If using frozen chicken, increase the cooking time to 10 minutes at high pressure. It might be easier to remove chicken to a plate and shred before putting back into the pressure cooker.
