INGREDIENTS

HOW TO MAKE GARLIC MASHED POTATOES

If roasting your own garlic, start by preheating the oven to 350F / 180C. Slice the top off the garlic bulb, drizzle on a bit of olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for about 50 minutes, until golden and tender.

Place peeled potato cubes into salted water, bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for about 15 minutes, until tender.

Add butter to the potatoes, squeeze the roasted garlic out of the bulb and into potatoes, then mash.
