HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN SATAY IN OVEN

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and combine it with the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate for at least one hour, and up to 24 hours.

While the chicken is marinating, soak wooden skewers in water.

Thread the chicken onto skewers and place onto a baking sheet.

Bake for 15-18 minutes in a 350F / 176C oven, occasionally turning the skewers.
