These cheesecake bars really are a dessert with minimal prep, all you need is 30 minutes of your hands-on time and then let the magic happen in the fridge over the next 6 hours. It’s worth the wait!

How To Make No Bake Oreo Cheesecake Bars

- Press the mixture into a prepared pan, using the bottom of a measuring cup or a flat glass to firmly compact it into an even layer. Pop the crust into the fridge to chill while you make the filling.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, vanilla, whipping cream, and sugar until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the chopped Oreo cookies.
- Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the chilled base, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours, or overnight until the cheesecake is fully set.
- Once firm, slice the cheesecake into squares. You’ll have 9 regular servings or 16 smaller bites.

- Freeze – You can freeze these bars for 2-3 months. I like to place them in plastic wrap and then an airtight container. You can thaw them on the counter but some do enjoy it straight out of the freezer.
