These 4 ingredient Foil Pack Grilled Red Potatoes are a pantry staple, minimal prep side dish that can be made on the grill or oven. You can prep them ahead and cook easily on the campfire.
Suitable for vegan and gluten free diets. Weight Watchers points included.
The great thing about cooking potatoes on the grill is that they require minimal prep, are easy to put together, are very adaptable with flavors and cook in 25 minutes. Yeap, a little effort and 4 ingredients later and you can tuck right in.
Like my 5 ingredient Chicken Fajita Foil Packets, I have kept these Foil Packet Potatoes very simple and easy. But feel free to add other veggies and beans to bulk it out as you wish.
Cooking these is great for cookouts, camping, backyard parties, summer lunches, and dinners and cooking up in your oven when you are short on time but still want big flavors that both grown ups and kids would love.
