How To Make Buffalo Chicken Bites

  1. Heat the oil and one tablespoon butter in a skillet and add the cubed chicken.
  2. Cook the chicken, turning frequently until all sides are golden brown and the chicken is cooked through, about 8 minutes. 
  3. Pour in the remaining tablespoon of melted butter and add the Franks Red Hot sauce.
  4. Toss until all the chicken pieces are well coated with the sauce, then switch off the heat.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with veggie sticks and Ranch dressing.

Note: Always check for doneness with a meat thermometer. The temperature should be 165 degrees F or 74 degrees C when inserted into the thickest part of the chicken bites.

How To Air Fry Boneless Buffalo Chicken Nuggets

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F or 200 degrees C. 
  2. Add the cubed chicken to the air fryer basket or tray and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.  
  3. While the chicken cooks, melt one tablespoon of butter, then whisk in the hot sauce. 
  4. Remove chicken from the air fryer basket and toss with the butter and buffalo sauce mixture.
  5. Garnish with parsley, if desired, and serve with a side of vegetables and Ranch dressing. 

Note: air fryer temperatures can vary depending on the make and model. Use the cooking times last as a guide, check food for doneness, then adjust the time as needed.
