- Remove and allow it to cool before serving.

Cook In The Oven

- Melt butter and mix in spices. Set aside.
- Place all dry ingredients into a bowl and then mix in the seasoned butter.
- Divide the mixture between the 2 baking sheets and spread out in an even layer.
- Bake for 45 minutes, making sure to stir a couple of times during baking.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
Tips For Success
- Cook in batches – if you have a small air fryer you would need to cook this in 2 batches.
- Season the Chex mix – Make sure to add seasoning, and you will need a little more than you think.
- Stir during cooking – Make sure to turn your party mix at least once on the air fryer or a couple of times when baking so it toasts evenly.
- Coat well – Ensure that every piece is evenly coated with the butter mixture.
- Cool – Let cool completely before storing to avoid any moisture ruining them.
- Feel free to mix these in a ziplock bag instead of a mixing bowl.

Delicious Variations
- Vary the seasoning – Use the type of seasoning you like best, such as garlic powder, Italian Seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, etc.
- Add in dried fruits and nuts – almonds, peanuts, dried banana chips, mixed nuts, and even popcorn or goldfish crackers all make great additions.
- Add sweetness – After your mix has cooked and cooled, add in sweet treats like marshmallows, chocolate chips, M&Ms, Reese mini cups, etc.
Budget-Friendly Tips
- Vary the proportion – Add more or less of the main ingredients that you already own rather than buy more.
- Bulk it out – Use add-ins like dried fruit, nuts, and mini crackers that you already have to bulk it out.
Storage
